WHA!? festivali lõpupidu toob Rakvere publikuni taas palju värsket muusikat ja kultuuri. Tähetargad on täiesti verivärske Tommyboy ja Abrahami koostööprojekt, mis on sel aastal valmis saanud oma esimese albumi. Sooja teevad neile Paide / Viljandi uue põlvkonna räpparid Daf ja Feikii. Sündmuse sissejuhatuseks tutvustab oma värsket luulekogu Kadrina juurtega Vesikas, kellele pakub vastukaaluks oma uut muusikalist loomingut biidimeister Sulevyo. Kontserdihõnguliseks kujuneb ka Kaur Kentauri DJ-sett, kuhu on kaasatud ulatuslik sämplipõhine masinapark. Plaadimuusikat valivad lisaks MC Lord (Estonia) ehk DJ Masta Robusta ning MC Tommyboy, kes samuti teatud kui suurepärane Eesti muusikat propageeriv DJ. WHA!? uue muusika ja kultuuri festival tuleb taas! Juba 9. korda toimuva estivali mõte on üldplaanis sama, nagu senistel aastatel (alates 2003) – pakkuda Rakvere inimestele uusi kogemusi, mida seni pole erinevatel põhjustel kas üldse või siis piisava sagedusega saanud kodulinnas tunda. 2015. aastal jätkab festival eelmisel aastal alustatud lähenemisega ehk et festival on tõmmatud lausa kuu aja peale laiali! Selle aja sees saavad toimuma erineva sisuga sündmused nii kontsertõhtute kui popup-olengutena üle linna. Avapidu toimub juba sel reedel 6.11 Kära Kantsis, kus publiku ette astuvad The Brackets, WST, J.O.C., Lord ja teised.
