WHA!? festivali üheks tipphetkeks on alati olnud kohalike räpparite osalusel toimuvad etteasted. Ja nii saab see olema ka seekord! Ettekandele tuleb hulk uusi lugusid tulevikust, värskeid meenutusi viimastest aastatest (nt “Ain” ja “Kõik Räägivad”) ja aegumatuid klassikuid minevikust. Lisaks tutvustab “Uperkuut” albumit Pärnu superbandiit POK ja Culpas teeb ülevaate peagi ilmuvast EPst. Pane kuupäev kõrva taha ja kalendrisse, sest patt oleks see sündmus maha magada!

Out-Or is a creator and experimenter of synthesizer and sampler based music from Tallinn. His musical career started in early 1990s with primitive tools like Soviet synthesizers and crappy tape decks, which were later replaced with computers and other electronic tools. His music is a combination of old school acid and rave vibrations mixed with modern experimental groove.
