“Spektrum” on Out-Or’i 9. album ja järjekorras 3. album koostöös Lejal Globe’ga ning 1. vinüülplaat kogu Out-Or tegutsemise ajaloo jooksul. Ühtlasi tähistab uus album 30 aasta möödumist Out-Or’i tegevuse algusest.

Out-Or on suurepärane näide muusikust, kes toimetab väljaspool tavapäraseid stiilipiire. Alates 1993. aastast on ta oma paralleelmaailmades juba üle 30 aasta toetunud eksperimentaalsetele bassisegudele, elektrole ja ambientile, et kokku keeta omapäraseid rütme ja unikaalseid meeleolusid.
