Henri Hütt is an artist/performer, who mostly dances to techno music. He formed Distant Artist position before the popular “nothingness”-trend and he deals with the exotics of “not”-polarities. Vanity and ambition force him to move towards his dreams and while doing that, he is also creating work for himself.

Henri Hütt on (etendus)kunstnik, kes tantsib peamiselt techno saatel. Suutis enne poppi “mittemiski”-buumi sõnastada välja vahemaad hoidva kunstniku-positsiooni, mis tegeleb eelkõige “mitte”-pooluste eksootikaga. Edevus ja ambitsioon sunnivad teda üha jõulisemalt unistuste suunas liikuma, selleks endale järjest tööd ette kirjutades.

“Wavves From Tha RLV Vol.1” on 1996. aastal kassetina ilmunud kogumik, millest algas tänaseks juba 20+ aastat kestnud Lejal Genes plaadimärgi ajalugu. See on kogumik, kus oma tolleaegsete artistinimede all avaldasid esimesi lugusid Virumaa teenelised teismelised Remi Prual, Hannes Võrno, Arian Levin, Fred Enkel, Jaanus Kaasik ja Aivo Timm. Kogumiku 20. sünnipäeva tähistamiseks otsustasime kasseti uuesti masterdada ja väga piiratud koguses välja anda.

Haruldase kasseti soetamise sooviga palume pöörduda lejalgenes@lejalgenes.ee ja/või põnevate plaadipoodide poole (nt Discogs, World Clinic). Kassetiga saab soovi korral kaasa ka kogumiku digifailidena, originaalselt madala biti- ja kassetisahinaga.

Vesikas & Fofkin – Spordiminutid

Muusikalembesed spordimehed (või siis spordilembesed muusikamehed) on kindlasti kursis sellega, et Eesti Olümpiakomitee ja Eesti Autorite Ühing korraldasid koostöös Muusika-aastaga möödunud suvel “Eesti spordilaulu” konkursi. Konkursile laekus kokku 46 lugu, millest finaali jõudsid viis – teiste hulgas ka “Spordiminutid”, esitajaks Lääne-Viru juurtega räpiduo Vesikas & Fofkin. Konkursile esitatud versiooni on tausta autor Gee vahepeal heliliselt täiendanud ning Klubi Tartu Maraton kaasabil on loole valminud ka visuaal, kus võib näha klippe klubi arhiivimaterjalidest. Mõnusat kuulamist ja mõnusat sportimist!
